CTA Planning Consultancy is an independent business established in 2006, providing Planning services on a broad range of development proposals, within the private, public and social & charitable sectors.
We are based within Somerset and cover a wide geographical area, from the South West across to London and the South East, and up to East Anglia, the Midlands and beyond.
The vast majority of the work that we win is by word of mouth and positive recommendations. We aim to provide a pragmatic and cost effective approach to all commissions, and take pride in offering honest advice which is based on a sound understanding of Planning legislation and policy, in addition to plain common sense which is often lacking in the system!
